Today quite a terrible day la ...
after the 2.4 run ..
hand ,side of stomach pain , leg muscle pain ...
then walking like pain la ... -.-
first time 2.4 fail ... 18.47 ... late by sec ...
cum also first time run 2.4 ache here and there ...
they is like next week need to run again ... Wah ... i dun wan run liao ...
run until wan to die still fail ...
haiz .. pain ... -.-
ouch ouch ... >.<
